Problem after downloading new Nvidia geforce driver

Hello community,

after downloading the new Geforce Nvidia gaming driver ( 09.07.20) I can't play Fm 20 anymore. When I'll start the screen freezes amd suddenly there comes a black screen for a few seconds. After this suddenly comes a error message which is called "dxgi error driver internal". To solve my problem I redownloaded the last driver update so that I can play the game without crashes. So does anyone of you have a solution to play the game with newest Nvidia driver ? What should I do to play the game with this driver?

Here my graphic cards information:

Nvidia Geforce 840M with 2 GB Dedicated VRAM.

Sorry to see you had issues and thanks for the heads up to the community. You need to contact Nvidia and let them know about this.
I closed your other thread as there was no need for it one post is enough and that forum is to report issues with the site etc
this forum too is for discussions about our updates etc

I will move this to the general forum
