Change League rules?

anyone knows if it is possible to change league rules...for exemple how may foreign player allow in matches?

i like to have at least 6 of 11 from the home country i play. with.
tried to search for example Athletic Bilbao to do something similar.

or maybe there is a databas to download with rules?

yes easily done just in open the nation in advanced rules and find the fixture rules that are in place for that league and edit/add as required
eg this is EPL -

not a problem, just double check when you make the changes that the rule is for the overall squad or the matchday squad

you can add both if you wish but it may be the matchday one would be better for you eg all clubs in that league would have to have so many home nation players in it or only X number of non EU players etc

NB you can also make a rule/s for individual clubs here if you wish

sorry for the stupid question but how do I get to the advanced rules. I can't seem to find it in the editor…
