Is there a way to manage the Monaco national team by using the Editor?

Yes, you could create them as a new nation using the editor. You wouldn't have any players to put in the team though.

I think you can use a nation like Hong Kong and overwrite it with a Monaco data from scratch. Thats a lot of work though I guess.
But maybe someone already did that?

You need to edit one of the editors XML files to enable you to set the continent, otherwise Monaco will never be able to play in International or club European competitions.
I can do it for you if you want, Shouldn't take too long just to do that and then you can create all the leagues/cups/teams you want to go in it.

Yes please if that's alright, I have some leagues downloaded already would I be able to use them or not? Thank you

I think if I did that Monaco would enter all the Asian competitions, thank you anyway
