Non League to UCL in 6 seasons - Segunda B to UCL in 4 season!

I created this tactic while managing FC Andorra but perfected it while managing Notts County in England. The tactic enabled me to take FC Andorra for the Segunda B Divison (winning the title with FC Barcelona B in my group), winning Liga Smartbank, a 5th place finish & then a 4th place finish in La Liga but its with Notts County its had the most success.
With Notts County we won the National League, doing an invincible season along the way, winning L2, L1 & the Championship. Then in the EPL we finished 8th & then 4th (predicted 20th & 17th respectively). Also, while in L2 we knocked out 3 EPL sides on the way to the FA Cup SF's, losing to Chelsea 2-0 at Wembley.

Its a high possession, high pressure tactic with 3 SC's, a DLP & AP in CM on support, 2 WBs on attack duty, a HB & 2 CB's on cover. You will DOMINATE possession, even in the EPL with an average team, you will constantly see 60%+ possession stats in your favour. Also, your 2 CM's will get great average ratings due to the amount of key passes they make. I had an very average Reece Cole at Notts County from L2 to the EPL & he was still averaging over a 7.0 at the the top level.
