Bought FM 2021 - No Touch?

Hi - I purchased FM21 through the site as a premium member, and my code unlocked FM21 for my Steam Library, but not Touch. Is this deliberate? If so, how/when will Touch get unlocked?

Touch is always released on release day, you'll have the option to download it then.

It'll be there once the game is released, as you can see I can't see it yet either.

Does it show in the system tray (on PC at least)? Steam doesn't show FM21 in the library for me, let alone Touch, but it shows here when I right click on the Steam icon. Note that I purchased mine elsewhere.
