Hello, I belive my previous comment may have been deleted. The change submitted by roderrio is correct, Cecilio Domínguez has been transferred to Austin and loaned to Guaraní. The proof is Transfermarkt and the prood that Club Almagro submitted doesn't mention if it actually is on loan or permanent transfer. Here are some other articles that say Austin FC have signed Cecilio: Marca (Spanish) and Official MLS website, the second one says he is on loan before the MLS 2021 season:

"It was certainly an impressive performance from the soon-to-be Austin man, who was announced as the upcoming expansion side's first DP back in August from Argentine side Independiente.
Austin then loaned Dominguez to Guarani while they wait to kick off their first MLS campaign, with Thursday's PK marking his first goal for the club."
