Nearly missed the last edit, think I got them all...
Maine Road should be on the previous page, it was done for one of the recent England request posts. Liga Lemut is an old sponsor I think? Winner stopped being the title sponsor in 2016 and it's now the Stock Exchange unless that's changed for the new season.

Tartu is in the November release already, it was posted a page or two back. Macclesfield has also been posted, but I've redone it as this version is slightly neater, it's in the additions folder for now until I find out if it's going to use the same UID or get a new one (it's technically a new club).
