3D Kit not showing up in game (Help needed)

So I'm having a first crack at some 3d kits and for one reason or another I can't get the one I've made to show up in game. Can anyone help me figure out why? I've ticked reload cache and other 3d Kits I've downloaded work just fine.

Attached config file and the kit I've made for reference.

Not a pack, I created it myself. Took a config file from the Premier league pack here and just changed it up to fit the correct team. There is no Malaysia 3D pack that's why I'm creating my own (not great looking) ones lol
