Eva Carneiro - not in game?

I done a quick search now I downloaded the Gibraltar league pack from SI and the ex Chelsea physio Eva Carneiro (The one Jose had a go at a few years ago) doesn't appear to be in the game this year, has anyone found her in it? In last years game she only became visible after adding the Gibraltar pack

she's no longer involved in football so i dont think she will be
