We have found one error, and it was a config-error in the Holland - Eredivisie pack. But none of us has experienced any errors with the Premier League kits for now 🤔

Delete 'Premier League' folder from C:\Users\”username”\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2021\graphics\
Paste our pack, and try swap 'config' file from this pack and put my 'config': http://www.mediafire.com/file/ev65k6mhpvafqx1/config.xml/file
Run Football Manager 2021 and go to: Preferences > Advanced > Most Common > Interface
Make sure that you tick the check box on the page called ‘Reload skin when confirming changes in Preferences’ and un-tick then box saying ‘Use caching to decrease page loading times’. Hit Confirm.
Let me know if it worked.

No unfortunately. I need to quality check the kits in Serie C before I can release the pack. Serie B is being made now, and I don't know the progress unfortunately. But its on its way 👌
