How to make FM DATABASE working on FM2021

Hi guys, sorry maybe I choose not the right topic but I can not understand why I am not able to use FM DATABASE update.
Please see the screenshot of the issue below:

Download the data update and just place the .xml file into: Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2021\editor data

Open the Football Manager 2021 editor program (NOT THE IN GAME EDITOR)

File > Import > "sortitoutsi.net Data Update - Changes" > Load

File > Save Editor Data As.. > Save

Before you hit the save button you will see that the save file will be called "League & Data Updates"

After you save it, close the editor and go back to: Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2021\editor data

You will now see the "League & Data Updates.fmf"

Delete the "sortitoutsi.net Data Update - Changes.xml"

Go into the game and make sure "League & Data Updates.fmf" is checked and then it should be good to go to start a new save.
