Editor file validation error

I've created to leagues, which is connected with relegations and promotions. They are not set as parent and child:
1. Premier League
Child: Lower league

But as upper and lower league:
1. Premier League
2. Lower League

The teams in the leagues is a combination of danish, norwegian and swedish teams.
I get this error message when I try to validate the editor file, see attached pic below.

Someone, who has a quick fix, or knows what specifically I need to change?

You added lower league as sub-division of premier league.
Lower league should be added as separate level. In your case i guess level 2.

As far as i can see, that's how I implemented the leagues. is it possible you can download the .fmf file and make the change(s), you believe has to be done, in order to make it work? I can't see where I made it a sub-division.
