I'm only 2 season in on a game and the game is riddled with regens both playing staff and coaching staff, particularly the latter! PSV, Ipswich, Wolves, all have regen coaches as head of their youth development, so unrealistic.

To top it all off Dele Adebola is a CONTINENTAL coach!
