Unable to release Coach - I don't want to!!!

Since June when I signed Ryland Morgans as a coach, i've had the message attached

"The board has blocked the release of Morgans as he's only just joined"

One small problem, I don't want to release him. He's a 1st team fitness coach, I have control of all staffing, i'm not over my coach limit

Any ideas on how to fix this? I'm scared he's just gonna get released in a few months not by my hand

I think it's either a bug or something to do with his contract.

What contract type is he on? If it's a month to month one, then that'll be why the board are saying hes just signed, because he has technically just resigned on the first month.

Must be a bug, he's contracted until the end of the Season
