loading game isn't working white blank screen when trying to start game

hi,

when I try and load my game (fm20) from steam I just loads a blank white screen and nothing else, left it on there a few minutes to see if it wakes up but nothing.

has anyone experienced this or even solved this problem.

any help would be amazing.
