How to get lower US Leagues

Hi! I am newer to FM and I was curious if there is a way to play the lower leagues in FM21. I am from Pittsburgh PA and would love to start my career out as the Riverhounds. Thanks in advance!

Go on the link below pal, choose download and then on download just open the zip and extract the leagues you want (ie: USA). The chap has created it for four divisions and so Riverhound will be playable. For me, I always enjoy taking on New Mexico United!
The file then goes into the edit data folder within your FM21 location on your computer. When you boot up a game, clear cache and refresh skin and then check on options, that Timo@ league patch is ticked. When you then set up the leagues, chose USA and click on it to extend it to all of the playable leagues. It works fine but let me know if you have a problem.
