Werder Bremen kits not working

Hi all,

I've had issues with Werder Bremen on both FM20 and 21. Neither the 2D nor 3D kits show, no matter what I do. Instead of getting the default licensed kit, I just get a green template. Is there any way around this? It's doing my head in. Not one other club in the game has this problem.
