Thats a huge gap between the top 2 and the rest!

it is mate shame that PSV are doing as well as us really !

Another month completed this was a great month for us in the league as we gained points while PSV dropped them but we are out of the champions league



In the first game of the we won a really entertaining game against Heerenveen Eriksen put us in front with another of his excellent trademark free kicks and we were looking comfortable but on the hour they equalised and then went in front on both goals Vermeer parried out weak shots and Uth scored from both of the rebounds but just minutes after they went ahead we got it back to 2-2 when Agirrexte headed in and then Sigborssen completed the turn around !

Next was an incredibly dull game against VVV I rested all the first teamers fro the champions league and they scored early but not long after Denswil headed in off a corner and not even the introduction of Agirrexte and Eriksen could spark the game into life.

The PSG game really wasent good for us they scored inside a minute which put us really on the back foot but it could have all been different had a Eriksen free kick go in rather than hit the bar but they continued to score and were 2 up at half time through Lavezzi and then a Vermeer own goal basically killed the game when a long range shot went in off his back and straight after Menez made it 4 but there was time for an away goal for us Ljajic scoring from inside the area his first for the club.

Then we played really awfully at home to Ado Den Haag fortunately they weren't much better a first half header by Sigborssen from a Wallace cross was about the only action in the whole game but a win is a win !

We got a morale boosting friendly win just before our HUGE match against PSV.

This was the big one against PSV recent performances for both side suggested it wasent going to be classic and it wasent but we played much better we were awarded a first half penalty when Sigborssen was sandwiched between 2 players in the box and he himself scored from the spot we haven't missed one all season and we have had plenty but they equalised shortly after half time when Matavz bundled the ball over the line but on 65 minutes Mark Van Bommel who has always been a bit of a tackler was sent off for 2 bookable offences so then it was advantage us and when Sigborssen had a header saved it went back out wide and Eriksen scored again for us and we held out to win !!!!!



There is the league table we are now 4 points clear Still with only 1 loss all season

But then we were hit by this news he is our best defender but no player is bigger than the club and we got a good price for him.





These were all great news !







These were PSV last month results and there final 3 games !

Great job leaping over PSV, just keep your cool and claim the title!

In the first game of the month we dominated them but it was never safe at just 1-0 but the goal came from Sigborssen again smashing in the only goal of the game !

Next was the game I really thought would ruin our title bid against Vitesse but we played really well and they hardly had a sniff an amazing run and finish by Eriksen put us ahead and just before half time Sigborssen scored another for us just imagine if he had been here all season.

the penultimate game of the month saw us face AZ at home we knew a win would secure us the title whatever PSV did but we didn't win but neither did PSV as they could only draw 0-0 away at Zwolle so we are the champions !!!! In this game we scored early on through Sigborssen again but Alitdore ran through and got one back before it reached 10 minutes and after that it was very uneventful.

In the final game of the month was a Friendly which we comfortably won !

FC Twente are the Dutch cup winners

The season is over a very good season least goals conceded and 2nd most goals scored plus just one loss all season none at home !



A win in my last game of the season which was pleasing as I played a team of youngsters and fringe players Sigborssen played as well though and we got both our goals 2 chances 2 goals for us and him a brilliant cross from Otsu set up the first.

Well done for winning the league, great season !

Here is my pre season results I also had the super cup this month but I will put that with my league fixtures next month ! It was a good pre season as we won all the games scoring plenty of goals

A perfect start for us we had some really tough fixtures as well !



The first game was the super cup as we beat FC Twente 2-0 it was a even game until we scored after that we dominated Agirrexte put us ahead and new signing Carroll secured another super cup trophy for us !

In our first league game we hammered Heerenveen after just 24 seconds Blind put us ahead after a great ball by Eriksen and after just 4 minutes Agirrexte got our 2nd and by the 27th min we 4-0 up Agirrexte completed a hat trick into the 2nd half we took our foot of the gas when they scored a free kick which Adan should have saved but Sigborssen secured the win with our 5th.

Next was FC Twente this time away and we played really well Carroll giving us the lead and then a really good cross was turned into his own net by there defender Bjelland and ;ate on Carroll secured it with a left footed finish.

We were in great form going into the game against PSV and Agirrexte gave us an early lead with a great finish after that both teams had chances but there were no further goals as we secured a vitally important win !

The final game of the month turned out to be less comfortable than I thought it was going to be against Roda JC thankfully we took an early lead when a wonderful Eriksen low cross was turned in by De Sciglio who is back on loan again this season but for the rest of the 1st half they were the better side but with 5 minutes till half time Agirrexte scored and the game petered out after that.



Us and Vitesse both have maximum points so far PSV have a game in hand.



I am pleased with my champions league group we should defo come 3rd and hopefully we can grab 2nd !

Even though I have spent alot less than I have bought in I feel my squad has improved massively !!















We should easily get through to the next round of the Dutch cup !

Simão seems like a cracking player, only payed 30k for him. Lots of players you let go there including Boilessen, Serero and Babel all players I rather like when playing Ajax

Thanks mate yeah he does he has excellent mental and physical stats and its even better that he was very cheap and I have let alot of players go as for the players you have mentioned they all did ok last season but I don't think they would have played very often this season due to the players I have brought in

A good month again although I would have preferred a better champions league result !



We kicked off the month with 2 friendlies we comfortably won the 1st with our first team players playing but in the 2nd it was mostly our youth team so we did very well to draw.

Our first league game of the month was always going to be tough one away at Feyenoord they took the lead through Sekou Cisse on the 28th minute but we were level before the break when Eriksen ran through and finished and into the second half we went ahead Blind bundled in after they failed to clear a corner but with a just a minute left they scored a sublime long range goal so it was our first dropped points of the season but it was a fair result both sides only having 2 shots on target and all of them resulted in goals.

Then we had Schalke in the Champions league it was a big game but it didn't start off too well despite us having all the possession they were having all the chances mainly off corners and shortly after half time Matip scored off one of those after a Howdes flick on but we were back level within 6 minutes when Agirrexte scored after a good through ball by Eriksen ! In the end we drew it could have been worse but it could also have been better ! Inter hammered Helsingborg 7-0 in the other game in the group.

Back to league action as we played Willem II away we dominated from start to finish they only had 1 shot which was off target Agirrexte gave us the lead again he cant stop scoring ! And then Burdisso scored after a 10 second goal mouth scramble after half time we scored again a lovely ball by Eriksen put Agirrexte through for his 2nd !

Then we played non league Stevo away I rested a number of starters but our squad still looked very strong we were 4 up at half time Gueye giving us the lead from close range and then defender Milosevic scored off a corner De Jong made it 3-0 with a close range header and the 4th was a header as well Gueye getting his 2nd as headed it in back across the keeper ! In this game young 15 year old youth product Dennis Brouwer had an amazing game in the centre midfield and he will get a few more starts this season.

The final game of the month was a tough one as it was the only game we lost last season but this time we won comfortably Gueye who was rewarded for his 2 goals in the cup started this one and when Eriksen played a lovely ball over the top he finished well but 1-0 was never enough and thankfully Gueye got his 2nd to extend our lead but that goal kicked them into life and they missed some great chances to pull one back but as it was Burdisso extended our lead with a header in from a Gueye corner he did well as he was under pressure from Alitdore.



We are sitting pretty at the top of the table although teams do have games in hand on us !

Could have been worse in the Champions league, decent group to have.

Nice signings! I couldn't get Mattia De Scilio back in on loan, he's in and around the Milan first team! Will be tough to top Inter and Schalke.

good month again keeps the long unbeaten run going ! But another poor champions league result so Europa League it looks like this year.



The first game was a champions league game we had to win and we did Gueye putting us ahead from inside the area and then we were awarded a penalty Gueye stepped up and scored his 2nd of the game and we won !

Next was Zwolle at home I rested a number of first team players and we just about won Andy Carroll scoring his first since his return from injury.

Then we completely hammered DMV in a friendly we had a number of our first team players playing !

Next we drew 0-0 away at Heracles we were really poor as were they really. We had one early chance when Burdisso headed against the bar off a corner early on.

Then was the champions league game against Inter Milan and we were awarded a early penalty Andy Carroll stepped up and took it but it was easily saved and they took advantage to go 1 up at half time but Sigborssen came off the bench to equalize for us but not long after Milito got there winner.

But we bounced back with a bang beating FC Utrecht 4-1 Agirrexte giving us an early ish lead and then Eriksen scored with a spectacular finish from a tight angle Agirrexte made it 3-0 when he finished well on the turn. But then Sigborssen went off injured again he is out for a few weeks his 3rd injury of the season but anyway we went 4-0 up when Denswil scored off a corner they did score a consolation even later off a free kick.

Next was a weakened team against VVV in the cup but Agirrexte still played and got both our goals the second of his a brilliant header !



We are comfortable winning the league due to Vitesse poor recent results but PSV have plenty of games in hand and can move with in 2 points but points are better than games in hand !

Very good month !! Miles ahead in the league hopefully you can continue Imanol banging them in for you as well !

Another good month especially in the champions league !



In the first game we hammered RKC they actually took the lead Rodney Sneijider scored a penalty but we were back level before half time when McCarthy scored his first for the club and then Gueye put us ahead before we got 2 late goals to make it comfortable Milosevic off a corner and Agirrexte chipping in with his usual goal !

But then Inter beat us in the champions league it was an even game and we deserved something but we got nothing Milito early on and Afeally just after half time got there killer goals.

Next was a really entertaining game away at NEC which we thankfully won they scored first very early on but Agirrexte scored our first not long after then with just 12 mins left Gueye smashed in to give us the lead but this time it was there turn to equalize quickly but again straight after Gueye the match hero headed in to hand us the win !

Then with hardly any first teamers playing we drew a friendly.

After that it was FC Den Bosch at home we started excellently after a poor back pass found Agirrexte who finished well again and Gueye got our 2nd inside the first 10 mins and we held out comfortably for the win.

Then was an extremely important game we had to win otherwise we were out and we won it we defended amazingly and Vermeer was top class in net ! Agirrexte got us the goal with a great left footed finish Which we means we r through if we beat Helsingborg and Schalke fail to beat already qualified Inter away.

The final game of the month was a win against NAC Breda without our 3 best players Burdisso,Eriksen and Agirrexte it didn't look like we were going to be able to break through but De Jong curled one in from the edge of the area just after the hour mark and Fischer came off the bench to score his 2 great goals the first 2 in his career !



Still top comfortably but PSV have games in hand.



Huge final weekend we have the advantage even if they are ahead of us by a point !

Hows Rhys Williams doing for you? I've been looking at him in my Celtic game for a while.

Hes done alright mate has been playing as part of 3 centre backs recently he hasent been the best of my defenders but has made no mistakes and has been solid !

The league looks solid. And the champions-league you have to hope that Inter will do the job for you.
