Can I change the transfer policy of a specific club through the fm editor?
For example, the club recruits only French players
Like Atletico Bilbao, it does not bring in non-Basque players

its something I have never done

this should do it- you can set that rule to a specific club or league
so if the squad max number is 25 set that rule to match the requirement and that should do it that club then can only have home nation players
