he wont show up as the coach of man utd only the youth coach
Darren Fletcher has been transferred to 
Manchester United. Darren Fletcher now has a role as Coach First Team.

why is he not a coach man utd u 18?
He’s now a first team coach!
But if you searched ‘Darren Fletcher’ he would have appeared in game as a Youth coach but his role would not have been active. Another example is Ashley Cole who is classed as a ‘Youth Coach’ as he U16 coach at Chelsea.
