Darren Fletcher has been transferred to 
Manchester United. Darren Fletcher now has a role as Coach First Team.Yeah can someone clarify this? He doesn't show up unless you search for him, he can't be used?
Ahh, is it because he's classed as a coach for under 16's? Makes sense now.

Darren Fletcher has been transferred to Manchester United. Darren Fletcher now has a role as Coach Youth Teams.
He’s now a first team coach!
But if you searched ‘Darren Fletcher’ he would have appeared in game as a Youth coach but his role would not have been active. Another example is Ashley Cole who is classed as a ‘Youth Coach’ as he U16 coach at Chelsea.
