Sorry if this has been posted somewhere else but I'm having problems downloading this file. Get halfway through max and it stops. Sometimes the laptop will even crash.
Any ideas on how to fix this? Its on Mac if that helps.

I'm not sure on the laptop crashing that seems odds, could it perhaps be because you've run out of disk space?

Can you screenshot the error you get when it stops?

It’s not a disk space issue it crashes at different stages every time! Screenshot attached...

Can you tell me what browser that is? As much information as possible would help alot.

It looks like there's a longer error message which might be shown by hovering or clicking but is cut out of the screenshot.

There should also be some way to view the url that it is downloading from?

Running Mojave 10.14.6 on Safari

It doesn't show anymore of the message when I hover over and when I click on Finder to see the folder it doesn't give anymore information...

I've paid the £10 membership so its being downloaded directly from the sortitoutsi website. I must have tried at least 10x now and the furthest I've gotten is just over 1GB. When it crashes it won't allow me to carry on either I have to start from scratch..
