Thread stuck in device driver error

Looking for some advice here and hopefully someone can point Me in the right direction as to what my issue is.

After I've been playing Fm21 for a while and I quit to desktop, My PC freezes up before I get a blue screen with a message that my PC has run into a problem and needs to reset. It then gives Me the stop code of "Thread stuck in device driver".

When this happens, I lose the save of the game that I've done. I log back in and it simply won't load. Does anyone have any idea what's causing this? I've assumed it was my graphics card so I've put graphics setting on the game as very low and watch highlights in 2D Classic mode to see if that helps but I still get the issue.

I know that's not much to go on, but if anyone has seen this error before can You point Me in the right direction to try and fix this.

My PC specs are below and the graphics drivers are up to date.

Processor:- AMD Ryzen 3 3200g with Radeon Vega 8 Graphics 3.60 GHz
Installed Ram:- 16.0 gb - 15.7 useable
