How to change/add logo and kits to make a club after the save started?

I started a make a club save (RB Venezia) and I added a badge when creating, and have now made a new badge and kits. Is there a possibility to still change this?

Yeah, if they're saved in the right place you can just reload skin in preferences in game.

for kits - C:\Users\XXXXX\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2021\graphics\SS kits\ put in this.

for logos - C:\Users\XXXXX\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2021\graphics\pictures\logos\ put in this

make sure both have config 🙂

This does not work for self made clubs using the make-a-clube mode I think. My badge has not changed doing this.

It will work. Check the following:
- The resolution of your images are correct. This is 200x200 for normal and 20x20 for small.
- The files are named correctly.
- The config file is set up to correctly associate the name of your PNG with the 'Unique ID' or 'Random ID' of the club you created.

The easiest way to do it is install an existing logo pack, if you haven't already, and then you can see how it's done and copy. It's quite simple.

I have a logo pack installed, and the OG Venezia logo does not appear, even though the club ID did not change.
