been a pretty poor game...on a very poor playing surface 👎
any Swans fans back in Wales with any info on possible signings coming in
sounding like Jordan Morris/Conor Hourihane are the targets

Seattle Sounders forward Jordan Morris is closing in on a loan move to Swansea City.
It's understood that a deal for the 26-year old winger, who can also play as a number nine, has been agreed in principle, with the formalities of the move expected to be completed over the coming week.
Morris has netted 42 goals in his 129 appearances for the Sounders, and his form has previously seen him linked with several European sides.

Swansea City has completed the signing of Conor Hourihane on loan from Aston Villa for the rest of the season, subject to international clearance.
The Republic of Ireland midfielder – who will wear the number 14 shirt - links up with Steve Cooper’s squad ahead of this weekend’s FA Cup tie against Nottingham Forest, which he will be available for.
The 29-year-old has made 150 appearances for Villa since joining in January 2017, scoring 29 goals and helping them secure a return to the Premier League in 2019.
Hourihane, who is a set-piece threat with his left foot, previously played for Barnsley and Plymouth, having also had spells on the books at Ipswich and Sunderland.
He bolsters head coach Cooper’s midfield options after Kasey Palmer and Morgan Gibbs-White were recalled from their loan spells earlier this month.
He has won 24 caps for his country, scoring one goal.

on other matters with CCFC getting rid of Harris sounding like Mick McCarthy is the front runner(more hoofball then😉) but some talk that Mark Hughes is being approached and that could be interesting if he fancies it but I am sure Bellamy will be in with a shout perhaps Eddie Howe(great manager IMO) as a long shot

next up Brentford really big game this as they have a game in hand and they are in very good form, looking forward to this 2 good football teams hoping it isnt cagey dont think it will be
kingrobbo
nice interview with Joe Allen on Elis James F.O.F. podcast this week ...really good news hopefully for Wales as he completed first 90 mins last week and hopes if selected to be involved in Wales' next games👍
kingrobbo
couldnt see the game live BEIN messed up the coverage👎
1-1 v Brentford with 10 men is a good resul, especially as the stats look like Swans were hammered !!! so back up to second but its mightly close up there
kingrobbo
nice article on Ashley Williams

Swans picked up another 3 new signing so overall a very good window IMO, still unsure if it will be enough Norwich + Brentford in fairness look a notch above the Swnas
However a big game today will be one for the Swans to prove me wrong😉
Swansea City will have new signings Morgan Whittaker and Kieron Freeman available for the top-of-the-table clash with Norwich City though Another deadline day signing, Paul Arriola, will not be involved after his move from DC United, Brentford winning their game in hand are now up to second so got to take something from the Norwich game or could be all of a sudden 4 points off the top 2

nice start to the game
both teams can play and not afraid to push forward👍
norwich's press very impressive
kingrobbo
Todd Cantwell looks a good player
kingrobbo
1-0 swans🎆😍🆒 big goal that
chaos in the box after Krul makes a rare mistake from a straight forward corner…which came about from another Connor Roberts' super long throw👍
kingrobbo
nearly 1-1 good save woodman
kingrobbo
oh get in 2-0 a briliant goal from Conor Hourihane, looks to be a great signing already
kingrobbo
morris coming on
kingrobbo
15th clean sheet, good win that
back up to second only 2 points behind with game in hand
Man city up next in the cup
kingrobbo
would be great but as said before I see Brentford and Norwich being slightly better it is so close up there It will be 2 from those 3 to go straight up
Morris looks very lively hope he gets on the scoresheet this weekend and kicks on
sad sad news though with the passing of Dai Davies
that Welsh team was great and he has a big part of it, remember seeing him play not wearing any gloves…those were the days, real football😁😉😍
kingrobbo
no game today for the Swans, and Norwich now back on top and in the goals again, Pukki with a brace,
also another good win for Cardiff and a brace for Moore who is going to be a big player for Wales in the Euros👍 fingers crossed he keeps banging the goals in, cardiff now one place off the play offs so that is a great turnaround in a short period, well done to them
kingrobbo
cant see this game today (not complaining as Getting to see a cracker from BVB😁
but late goal from Mr Swansea Connor Roberts👍👍👍 means Swans as it stands can go top if they win their games in hand, Brentford dropping points is a big bonus

bad day at the office to say the least big defeat that, and might be a wake up call as stuttered to win in week too!!
Steve Cooper says everyone at Swansea City has their fingers crossed for Jordan Morris, but admitted the injury the forward suffered at Huddersfield did not look good.
with no one else near him when he went down usually means a bad injury lets hope not as he looks a lively player who IMO looked a good addition
only positive is again Brentford slipped up and so win the games in hand clear in second….IF those games are won
