Hello ! Quick question : why some of the teams don't have the same template ? For example Real Madrid and some teams kits are “rounded” at the bottom, is there a reason or is it totally random ?

It's because of the actual design of the kit. Take a look at fex Liverpools back collar as well. The shirts have to look as realistic as possible 🙂
