Yes, you can just copy these logo's and overwrite the ones in you existing folder(s). Make sure you don't overwrite the "config.xml" file as likely your logo pack will have more logo's in it. This way it will show these logo's when available and when not, your "old" logos.
The colors really aren't changed, it could be that the transparent layer on half of the icons is causing the images to become more bright, only thing you can do is adjust brightness in a program like Photoshop if you want to reduce.

Please note that I do not create logo's for every request done, especially if it's for a club or nation not already included in my "MegaPack". This is for a team in the Burmese competition and for that reason not included in my download.

The logo's you are showing have already been updated prior, please review the postings (Hellas Verona (which is the image of the new logo you posted) actually has a different ID# 2201, Chievo Verona is #1122 and has updated their logo to a new one which I created now and attached here.

Looks like teams from Filipino competition, some no longer exist, some active.
As I explained in several posts I am not following up on individual requests for competitions that aren't already included in the Megapack. Also no lower league/amateur teams.
Reason for this is that every logo needs to be created individually and it is time consuming. My intention has been to create a quality logo pack, not the biggest logo pack out there. I have posted in this thread the Photoshop action file so you can create them yourself if you want to.
I would never encounter any Filipino teams, as in this example and as requested, in my game and see no need to spend a few hours on creating these logos, hope you understand. This also applies to other nations not already included in the download.
