Editor Question - Adding Birthplace & Relationships

Hi Everybody,

Can anybody point me in any direction as to where I can find out how to add items such as birthplace & relationships in the new FM21 Editor? My editor currently doesn't allow me to add them unless the person already has such item.

EG. If Player A already has Born in “London” but Player B is doesn't have anything, my editor doesn't allow me to add Player's B place of birth. Same thing with relationships and tendencies too. Maybe it's just the new Editor, but this was never an issue on FM20.

You mean pre game or in game editor?

As in pre game those options are there 

They may be blank but you can add them

Just to be clear as well. Those screenshots I can't scroll any more or anything like that. The page is fixed with no further options to add anything.

Have you tried re-installing it.  That be my first port of call.

Definitely nothing hidden?  Like any arrows on that screen hidden?

I have just loaded the Editor up on mine, I've searched the same player as you have in the screenshots.  Underneath the DOB there should be an option to say City of Birth.

Try what Cymru says as there are no issues for us

NB you can right click on an image and paste it directly into your post now no need to post a link😉

if reinstall doesnt work try clearing cache here- AppData -local……C:\Users\YOURUSERNAMEHERE\AppData\Local\Sports Interactive

copy the file -editor 2021 and save on desktop etc if you wish as a back up

it conains these files it basically means you would have to set up your preferences again you wont lose any edited files

I have updated the please read thread with options to resolve this and issues with the editor
