Problem with Membership

@Footygamer Sorry that I have to post it here but my account is new and I can´t pm you because of that. Today I bought the premium membership. I instantly got the premium rank and wanted to cancel the yearly subscription. I did that through the shop order tab pressing “suspend payment” and now my membrship status is not there anymore. How is this possible?

Is there a possibility you could help me with the problem @Footygamer. If yes, maybe you could write me a pm and I can send you the informations about my order. I paid for it and now I don`t have anything…

Sorry i'm not sure how this happened for some reason Paypal sent us a notification that your subscription expired so it was removed but it shouldn't have

It's a subscription. You can pause at anytime from the shop orders page

I know that and I canceled the subscription after I made the first purchase because I only wanted to have it for 1 year. You even reinstated my premium membership because it got removed after I canceled the yearly payment thing. So why do I have it still?

Sorry i've completely misunderstood your request, I thought you were annoyed that you had still been paying, I realise now no more payments have come out.

For some reason when you signed up on April 20th 2021 Paypal then issued a notification that the subscription had ended immediately, as mentioned previously, so it was deactivated and I had to manually activated you. Paypal then never sent a notification that it ended in April 2022 so it's just continued forever.

It looks like a one off bug from Paypal from what I can tell.

I've deactivated it now, but honestly you could have just said nothing and got away with it, so, thanks I guess? 😅
