Opponents score at first chance

Hello guys,

I'm not new here but first time posting.

I started again to play FM after a 5 year pause. Of course I'm using my own tactics, adapted to what I can now do with the new FM options. I'm playing with Frankfurt, I have a relatively young squad, with 4/5 wonderkids etc.

What I can't understand, now at the beginning of the 3rd year in the squad is that, 8 times out of 10 (not a random number, I counted the last 10 games), the opponents score a goal at the very first attempt. This happen EVERY time. 

Also, 6 time out of 10 (again not a random number), the opponents score a goal between 2 and 5 minutes after I scored one. It's kinda frustratring beacuse I have the feeling stuff will go in this way no matter what I change or what I adjust. I also tried different tactics found here, and the ‘scheme’ is always the same.

I know that probably this argument is widely treated but I can't find a decent answer anywere. I'm not the kind of guy that thing ‘’THAT'S THE SCRIPT OR THE AI'', BUT if there's something new I miss and I can adjust I'll take any suggestion 🙂
