Champions League Matchday Squad Registration Bug - DB 21.4.0

Hi everyone, I am currently editing the Uefa Competitions to adapt them to my needs. For this I use the template from kingrobbo (https://sortitoutsi.net/content/58131/kingrobbo-uefa-comps-template) and the latest database version. Unfortunately, I now have the problem that I cannot send the squad when registering it, although all points are fulfilled. Therefore I have no chance to continue playing with my changes to the Competitions.
 

I have followed the instructions and created match squad rules instead of general squad rules, as you can see in the screenshot. Nevertheless I get a mail with the wrong rules (image 'Celtic_CL_Message'), but then the rules I have set are displayed, but I can't confirm them (image 'Celtic_CL_SquadRegistration').

Is this a bug or have I forgotten something / done something wrong?

I also wonder what exactly the additional helper 'Championsleague' does (image 'CL_additionalHelper')?

Unfortunately I can't find anything about it and I don't see any changes when I remove it, but I'm afraid that you can't take it out, otherwise serious problems will occur. For the Europa League, Youth League, Conference League and Uefa Super Cup, corresponding helpers are also set.

secondly you can post your images directly into your thread now just by selecting copy image and paste😉

show me this page take 2 sceenshots if needed to get whole page in-

make sure this is set to -1

and each comp and Europe is set to 

fixed format

additional helpers I have removed

make sure these are not enabled

I have made and checked the remaining settings as suggested, the additional helpers are deactivated. 

Now i have the problem that no international competition is created in europe when i start a new career. Even the uefa youth league is not loaded, although it is not included in the xml file.

Then started a new career without the xml-file and the comps were there again.
Could send you the corresponding file if you have time to look at it yourself? Apparently I'm doing something wrong or I am too stupid at the moment to get it right.

what DB are you using in game NB as stated the template is for use with default DB 

I have tested just using match day rules and no issues[you wont get squad registration dates if you are using only match day rules]

image 1 no need to register squad for UCL

re download file and start again as you have done something wrong

DO not remove the helpers as it is set up for covid rules so leave them in this time[I removed as I have created my own comps from scratch and not the same structure as the  default you are wanting to use]

also remember are you using 21 Default DB if not you need to save file in DB you are using in the editor first and follow tips above too

I think I have found my mistake and am trying to see if it works now.
