if you mean the new UEFA conference league you just need to set it to start in 2020 rather than 2021

you can use my UEFA template to do it easily

what did you do to the template file to try to get the comp to start?

There are no changes to any comp [apart from subs in Super Cup as a test which I suggest users remove if they wish] as stated clearly in the opening post in that linked thread

update I have looked at updating the template file to have the uefa conference league start in 2020 now my editor is crashing all the time when I save any file so reported bug to SI

I have the conference league set up in my own European file but that is a retro set up for my own preferences with a lot of changes to the European structure etc

so the conference league can start in 2020 as can seen in 2020/21 Parma won it

but my editor is now bugged and not working its just crashing

I will tag @Carlito85 see if he can just update that template file so it starts in 2020

the other option is to download Calito's excellent file and adapt it if you want as IIRC the comp is active from 2020 in some of his options
