hoping that the loan market can be utilized once again to bring in some talent to allow a chance at a good season, vastly overachieved last term IMO in getting to play off finals

going to be a massive ask this time with the superb loanees leaving and players like Ayew departing, and with no cash to spend

@HockeyBhoy  @Brockie19  is Ayew signing for Celtic?

The good news I suppose is there were lots of rumours he was going to be sold as Swans always do sell their best players to raise cash

so he should stay hopefully for another season at least

dreadful timing but cant blame him at all he has to survive selling/losing best players every season and just bring in loans/free signings

Swans massively overachieved last season think it will be a major struggle this campaign

think he has seen the writing is on the wall as to where the club is going, and rumours are he was not happy with the board previously not bringing in players and living off crumbs so he might not even have a job to go to but he is well thought of so dont think it will be an issue for long

was hoping that somehow it was going to be …..oh well fingers crossed for a decent season

I would say mid table is what I expect this season and with the lack of any real investment and players leaving that would be satisfactory I suppose

Solid appointment, but safe and steady.

is there a financial issue looming, seems like little investment.

championship is the hardest league in Europe to escape from, lots of historically big clubs, needs an owner to gamble

until we gambled on Bielsa, we were looking at 20 years or more in the lower leagues

it turns out that several people were approached for the job and turned it down, including John Eustace QPR's  ass man

Swans get a win in the cup 3-0 away to Reading[by the sound of it Reading U21s] good to get a win and score a few……several hard games coming up and I would be surprised after the end of the month Swans were not in the bottom half , games this month-

Sheffield United (h)

- Stoke City (h)

 - Bristol City (a)

 - Preston North End (a)

feedback on win at Reading was Swans played really good stuff and fans happy with the style of play👍…. but it was v a youth team, I caught 5 mins highlights so cant tell on that

talk still that Matt Grimes could leave there is interest in him would be another blow if he went
