Shirt Issue

Hopefully I have started this topic in the correct place.

Updated one of the shirts for my Cheltenham save today.

Went to preferences, cleared cache etc etc

Anyway, ended up with whats showing in the image!

Ive changed the shirt back, checked the config file, and nothings changed.

What have I done and how do i get it back? It has only done this to the Cheltenham shirts, and no other club!

Please help.
