Hoobrid
Hi everyone. I'd like to preface this by apologising if this should be in Off Topic, because it is related to FM.
I'm the manager of a competitive pro clubs team on FIFA 21. For those of you who aren't aware, pro clubs is a mode on FIFA where you take control of one player only. As such, you can have actual games with 22 players at a time. There are competitive leagues, and my team competes at the highest level available on PC, including the Champion's League.
As it is the summer, this season we are taking a break and are playing more relaxed in different teams. This gives us time to prepare for next season, which will start in around October.
Here is a link to an old stream of one of our sessions, if you'd like to see what it all looks like and how we play.
The reason I am posting here is because one of my teammates once recruited an experienced FM player as a coach for a previous team of his, and it worked very well. The team became very well organised, learnt a lot tactically and dominated the league they played in. The FM player also enjoyed it immensely as it is, I imagine, many FM players' dream to be able to actually manage a full squad of 20+ people. Unfortunately, after a while he got a new job and was unable to dedicate enough time to it. I find the idea interesting, and would like to try it again.
There are, however, a few requirements and preferences:
· Most obviously, lots of experience with FM (or real life football management) and a large interest in tactics.
· We train between 20:30-22:30 CEST Mondays, Tuesday, Thursdays and Sundays (times sometimes vary), so you would have to be present for at least one session a week. As such you'd need basic things such as Discord, a working mic, etc. On top of those sessions, you'd need to be able to take time for discussion during the rest of the week on tactics, the team, etc, be it by message or voice.
· Experience with FIFA isn't mandatory but preferred, as there are things that work in football (or FM) and not in FIFA, and vice versa.
· We speak both French and English in the club, so speaking either fluently is mandatory, both is a plus.
If you're interested or have any questions feel free to contact me on Discord: Hoobrid#9035. I look forward to hearing from you 🙂
