Is there any way to open the changes .XML file in the Editor?

Hey folks,

 

I was wondering if there's a way to open the changes files in the main editor, as I'd like to do some of my own tweaks that the in-game editor won't help with. However, I don't be able to seem to open the editor data as it's an .XML and not an .FMF file. Is there any way to do this?
