Wait for the release of FM22, and all Eredivisie and Eerste Divisie kits will be licensed. I'm going to rework my 3D pack for the Tweede Divisie (Jack's League), Derde Divisie and Lower Leagues (clubs like AGOVV and Achilles '29). That will be available in a couple of months, since it's over 200 kits. AFC (few posts back) is the first one.
