Playing with a PS4 controller

Afternoon guys

 

this is a simple question, is it at all possible to have my laptop hooked up to tv and be able to play with a PS4 controlle? so I can kick back and play the game

I think it is only possible to use your controller as a mouse, but I don't think it is what you need
