I did San Lorenzo and Newell's a few weeks ago (page 481). I think some teams are changing kits mid season maybe? I believe they have quite an odd league structure (by European standards) so I'm not very sure. @Hajdučki sin has been sending me some pictures he might have a better idea.

These clubs are really hard to find the right kits. For this one I had to look into their Twitter account to see the latest kits, their shop is out of date. We're getting quite far already with sorting out all clubs from lower European leagues that are likely to play UCL/UEL/UECL.
