How does this work with the mega pack?

Most of the images included should be included in the next megapack update, but alternatively this can be used as a standalone pack.

Where can we find official pictures for the U23 and U18 please? Been looking for ages

There's no such thing I'm afraid. Regardless most U23 and U18 players are covered in the Megapack

Having an absolute stinker at the moment. Downloaded the mega pack and now this, tried both separately but not working at all.
My kit packs and backgrounds are working fine, cleared cache and reloaded skin. Not a thing

Create a folder called “players” and drag all your facepacks into there, hopefully that should get everything working 👍

Think Windows doesn't allow forward slashes in filenames whereas Macs do - I've reuploaded the file with a different file name so should work now!
