Game & Graphics in another Drive (not C:) saved ready to play - how

Howdy,

First of im not a tech expert and so on...

so problem is - and i couldnt find any info on this here nor google.

But my C: Drive is getting very full and i want to put all the Game Data in to another Drive (X) - Disk is formatted, but problem is that it wount recognize the folder for Graphics, etc. I did change the Saving Destination too... but its not working somehow. Is there a way to have tha game installed on another Drive? This would save alot of C Disc space and i guess not slow the PC as much...

I'm thinking the only way is to reinstall it through steam and change the directory that way.
