Trying to summon up a new idea for a career. Thinking of a European league that isn't one of the big hitters, mid-lower table side (not necessarily top div.) that have 10k plus stadium and half decent facilities. Hopefully the emphasis will be on buying youth from within that country/region and I won't be looking to move on. From my quick look before work I found Vojvodina in the Serbian PL who seem to have brought through some decent players in the past.

Any idea's guys?

I always have a lot of fun trying to turn Skonto Riga of Latvia into a force in Europe.

Cheers lads - after some deliberation I've taken on the challenge of Slavia Prague, no money but the whole package of the club is sound.

Might even put it into a career.
