I tested FM21's 3D Match Engine in FM20 and it works. It seems to me improved compared to the 2020 version. It ‘s sufficient to delete the "phisics" folder in FM20 installation path ( data / simatch ) and replace it with the original FM21 folder that I ’m attaching here. Enjoy

Ho testato il Match Engine 3D di FM21 su FM20 e funziona. Mi sembra migliorato rispetto alla versione 2020.
E' sufficiente cancellare la cartella "phisics" dal percorso di installazione di FM20 in data/simatch e sostituirla con quella originale di FM21 che allego qui.

why would you play 20 if you have 21?

I suggest to always buy the newest game. Support the team at SI, they are doing an awesome job. I wouldn't make the newer 3D engine available for people who are still playing the older games and did not buy the new game, a manual on how to do it however is appropriate.

First of all let me start by saying I purchase all my football manager games on steam, I have already purchased fm22. I am just wondering is it possible to have the trophy presentation cutscene video from fm21 into fm20? I enjoy playing fm20 because of the set pieces most of the time, I like an underdog upsetting giants by deploying good set pieces.
