Fm22 editor says all files successfully verified and saved, yet when I launch the game it says files need to be verified. Please help

Please someone help, never had this happen before. I download all Albanian divisions from here and after veryfing the files and saving successfully, I launch the game and in the file option in the game menu it says files need to be verified. I have included pictures please have a look also will include the league file incase someone wants to try it, this is so weird.
