If everything is ok with config file and kit folder, than it can be a problem up to the skin you use. For me, in FM20, several skins made it difficult to show either complete set of kits for some teams or just one jersey. While some others showed all the kits without any problems. Try changing your skin. I hope this will fix the problem.

There is only those 2 ways (As far as I know of)
Normal editor u have to add the third kit to the team yourself and then save it ,but u still have to start a new save.Thats the only way with the normal editor.
Ingame editor: If u hat that u could have added the third kit in your savegame, but seens u don't have that your fucked.

Last year I did the Dutch Tweede Divisie on a Mac using GIMP (not recommended 😉 ), but now I have a Windows laptop with PS 🙂

Honestly, the kits from Brazil are missing some, and many have the collars, sponsorship and colors that don't match. It is worth remembering that the kits from Brazil that are on FMSlovakia are also produced in FC'12 by the FManager Brasil team.
