On the website of the Spanish federation you can understand how to rename the links of Spain.

1 - Primera Division - La Liga (made by chris it's ok) 😉
2 - Segunda Division - La Liga Smartbank is correct
3 - Primera RFEF FOTTERS - Group 1 / Group 2 are the links you named “Tercera RFEF Group I and II”
4 - Segunda B - Segunda RFEF - Group 1-2-3-4-5 this post, that's correct, at most you can add the "B" after Segunda
5 - Tercera Division - 18 Group
