Help with wrong number of teams in new created competition, please

Hi there,

I'm trying to create a simple 4 team preseason knockout competition involving the winners of both Belgian and Dutch Leagues and Cups, where the winner of the Belgian league plays the winner of the the Dutch cup and the other way round for the other semi final. When I try to verify my file it gives me this error (screenshot 1). I have included 3 other screenshots to show the number of teams taking part; and to avoid potential problems the runners-up of both cups can take part if need be (as in screenshot 4). 

I would be very grateful if anybody could point out the error(s) made in my setup, please.
