Italy - Conversion from U20 to U19 for the first reserve teams

I prepared two files for converting Italian U20s teams to U19s as it is in reality.

 

The first file is just a switch from U20 to U19 as first reserve team for Italy in the basic rules (I did through xml editing).

 

The second file is partly a db editing (switched all reserve teams in playable league from U20 to U19 and I changed Primavera 1,2,3,4 from U20 to U19) and an editing with advanced rules.

 

I verified the files but they are not working in the game. I would like to have some help from you for fixing the file, I think it could be useful for many users.

 

I also have another question: how to edit Youth Champions League and Viareggio Cup so that will be picked up U19 Italian teams instead of U20s?
