can anyone please tell me if the data up includes the new 5 sub rule for next season?

Just bumping this as no one has answered. Anyone know if the new 5 subs rule is included in this update? Or is it just players/staff updates?
It's just person updates, plus the league updates that @TheMinsterman has been adding lately. But I don't think he has changed the sub rules https://sortitoutsi.net/content/60452/league-updates

Great, thank you. Would be cool if we could get the 5 subs in as that has such an impact on squad and ingame management

In the extra file for England the sub rules should be included.

You’ll need to start a new game for them to work for I just checked my own game with the file and they’re definitely in there.
