Everton Transfer Budget

Recently downloaded the data update and wanted to start a career with Everton, after Richarlison had been sold to Spurs I was expecting that there might be some more cash in the transfer budget. Is it possible for this to be updated? In advance, I would do it myself but I have not got a clue what to do, I usually just bob on here once or twice a year and get the latest update. Thanks in advance

Budgets won't be updated until after the transfer window closes, it's much easier than trying to keep track of the incomings and outgoings.
