Hello.

Does anybody know how to make an existing league which is unplayable, playable?

For example slovenian third league is unplayable, is it hard to make it playable?

I think you may find those unplayable leagues in league mods at download section there

Most of the time people will share those English league mods which allows you to play up to 8th or 9th league level down there

For more obscure countries if you got time maybe can spend some effort to modify the database and share your mod to the community.
